We couldn't have hoped for a better first month.  Dedication, perseverance and commitment from crossfit manchester athletes has seen outstanding progress on the road to elite fitness.  Individual lifting records have been set and broken with regularity, everyone has driven each other on to new levels of performance in a truly uplifting, positive atmosphere.  Well done all concerned.
