At our fully equipped training facility we provide individual personal training sessions tailored to your needs. We offer strength and conditioning, crossfit and olympic weightlifting coaching to people from all backgrounds and will work with you to help you achieve your sporting and fitness goals. We provide a full weekly schedule of crossfit classes available on a monthly membership basis. Access to this membership is available after an introductory series of personal training sessions where you will receive individual coaching in the fundamental exercises used in crossfit training.
- olympic weightlifting
Crossfit manchester offers specialized olympic weightlifting classes at 8pm every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. These classes are available as part of the crossfit manchester membership or, for non-members, after an introductory series of personal training sessions where you will be taught the Olympic lifts and appropriate assistance exercises to enable participation in the Olympic Weightlifting Classes. Athletes with prior Olympic Weightlifting experience will be also able to arrange to attend these classes.
